2009 Ward Christmas Party

See sometimes you two like each other! Dillon just lost that tooth an hour or 2 before we went to the ward party. We had a great time. We are very sad to be leaving 3rd ward and all of our great friends! You all have made a difference in our family and we are so thankful for each of you!
Mary, Joseph, and Baby Jesus. So sweet!
Primary kids as the Nativity.
Kids singing. If you look really hard you can see Lexie! She's an angel.
There she is!
Jason as Santa. They asked him if he would be Santa this year. He wasn't really excited about it but after he did it, he was happy he did. He did a great job. He is very gentle with the kids. These 2 kids Kaitlyn babysits. She loves them.
Making his appearance. Ho, Ho, Ho!
Yes, Lexie knew that Jason was playing Santa. That's why she has a big smile, otherwise, she wouldn't look so comfy. We told her Santa couldn't make it because he is really busy making presents and he needed a helper and her dad said he would help Santa. Oh the things we tell our kids. I'm not a fan of Santa. This Santa I am. hehe.

Family Picture! Ha Ha!

Put this picture in my Christmas cards this year. So Cute!

Kids hard at work and lots of fun too!!

Cutie!

My handsome boy!

Leaf angel!
Lexie really didn't like laying in the leaves, as you can tell. The leaves were kind of swallowing her. Poor thing.
This is a great picture of Dillon and Kaitlyn. Too bad they weren't next to each other because I would crop the two of them together.
Such fun!

I can hear their laughter in this picture. They really had a great time playing in the leaves.

Racking The Fall Leaves

Lexie and Dillon hard at work! They had fun!

Our New Couch

My wonderful mom gave us her couch and ottoman. We love it. It really is nice in this room. Warmed up the room so nice. Thanks mom, we love it!!
I love this picture. Lexie in her jammies on the laptop, with her best buddy by her side.
Lilly loves this couch too. Such a sweet, good and spoiled dog. We love her.

Decorating The House For Christmas

Merry Christmas! It was a lot of fun decorating this year. So blessed with a bigger house this year to fit all my gingerbread men.
Gingerbread men village. I love it!

Jason putting the tree together for me. Yes it's fake. Saving the planet. haha.
Kaitlyn being a great help!
The girls loved helping me decorate the tree. We turned on Christmas music and sang, laughed and remembered Christmas' in the past. They were both such BIG helps. Really, I didn't decorate it that much. I was busy finding the ornaments in the boxes and as soon as I would find some, they were putting them on the tree. They did a perfect job. We had a great time and made some great memories. Lexie amazed me at how well you can decorate the Christmas tree.
Starting to come together!
TA DA!! All done and now with presents under the tree. So ready for Christmas. O.K. I love Christmas and love having my house decorated so we can enjoy it the whole month of December. Christmas goes by too fast for me.

Close ups of the tree. For about 13 years now I have been collecting gingerbread men and candy ornaments. So as you can see, my tree and house are covered in gingerbread men and candy. Love it!
