Jason presenting awards to Dillon and his good friend Ty. They have been good friends since they were 2 years old. Dillon likes having Ty in scouts with him.
Jason helping Dillon get his rocket ready for the space derby. Dillon is so excited. Can you tell?

Dillon WON!!!!! He was so excited. Look he has his arms in the air. So cute. Jason looks proud!
After all the races were over, Dillon got 3rd place. He was very excited. Way to go Dillon!! This is the certificate that he got for being in the space derby.

Me presenting Dillon and all the boys with their patch and certificates. Way to go boys. You all did great!!

Scouts~Bear Aug. 2009

Jason and I are Dillon's Bear leader. Jason is the leader and I am the assistant. Jason cut out all the parts to this bird house and the boys hammered together their own bird house. They did such a good time and they did such a good job.

Dillon put his birdhouse on the fence when he got home from scouts, and all day he couldn't keep his eyes off the fence because he soooo wanted to see a bird go inside. Never happened but hopefully it will happen in the spring.

The kids wrote their own letter to the President of the United States....Aug. 2009

The kids wrote their own letter to the President of the United States. President Obama responded 1 month later to Kaitlyn and Dillon but Lexie hasn't gotten a letter yet. But I was so beyond proud of Lexie. This was her first writing assignment and she wrote the letter so perfect. It was a mother's dream. I still can't believe she is a Kindergartener and how smart she is. She is now doing 1st grade math and some 1st grade Language Arts. Crazy! I am so proud of my kid!!

Kids with Lilly at the dog park~Aug 2009

Jason took the kids and Lilly to the dog park and they all had a really great time. I love this picture of all of them.
She is worn out.
As soon as they took the leash off of her they said she took off running. What a surprise.

Jelly Belly Factory~ July 2009

We went to the Jelly Belly Factory in Fairfield and had the BEST time. Free tour and free jelly beans. What could be better than that.
They are so happy to be here. :o)
She's so cute. She loved riding this car.
I LOVED LOVED the decorations at the factory. If you've seen my house at christmas time, you will know why I love these decorations. Wish I could hang this in my house.
This is the only bar that I've ever been to and isn't it so cute?
