Happy 4th Birthday Larissa

Here is the birthday girl waiting to open her presents. She had her party at Lodi Lake. It was 101 degrees that day. We were all so hot and were melting. We still had a fun time though.
She was so excited. She couldn't wait any longer to open her presents!

Kenzi was so funny. She stood there for the longest time with the balloons on her head, watching her sister open her presents. It was so funny.

Yea, she is 4!!!
This is Jay's new girlfriend, Annie. She is really nice and Jay's girls and my kids love her. It is nice to see my brother happy. Kenzi loved the cupcake as you can tell.
All the kids had a lot of fun running and playing at the park. They didn't care how hot is was.

Larissa loves Kaitlyn. They are best buddies. Kaitlyn is the little mother to her.

Happy Father's Day Honey!!!!!!

This picture was taken 2 years ago at Marine World. I love this picture. It just shows how much fun the kids have with their dad and he has with them. They love their dad. I have the best husband. I am so thankful that he is the father of my children. My kids are lucky to have him. He is a hard worker and really tries to be there for his kids. I don't have a relationship with my dad and Father's Day isn't my favorite holiday. But I am so glad that I have chosen the best dad for my kids. I love you Jason!!!!
I made Jason a big breakfast. (eggs, potatoes, sausage and country gravy) Then we went to church. We went to my mom's house after church to wish Stan a Happy Father's Day. I am thankful that he is my step dad. He is a good man and is great to my mom. He never had kids of his own and when he married my mom, it was instant family. He accepted all of us and thank you Stan! Jay, Larissa, Kenzi were there and I met my brother's new girlfriend. I really liked her and it is nice to see my brother happy.

Our Vacation To Santa Cruz

We Had So Much Fun........................
Yes, this is me in a bathing suit. But not the whole me. Thank goodness. Jason forgot his hat, so he made a hat with his shirt. We look silly and we didn't even care. We had such a good time. Wish we could of stayed longer.
Once Kaitlyn got over being covered in sand and thinking how gross it is, (which she does every year) she had a lot of fun.
Dillon didn't care how sandy he got. The sandier the better for him.
Lexie was so excited to finally be at the beach. She had been talking about it for days.

They had so much fun running in the waves. It was fun to hear them laugh and squeal.

Jason and Lexie had a lot of fun making an elephant's head with the sand.
Lexie helped her dad by making a mound for the head. This is the hole she helped dig to make the elephant.
They did a pretty good job. Isn't he cute?
Dillon had fun riding the boogie board and letting the waves ride him in.
The waves were small.
But.......... big enough to swollow Dillon. Yes he is under that wave and after this one, he didn't want to do it any more. This small wave covered him and turned him around in a circle. He had fun though. But this wave took a little out of him for a while. Even the small waves can be strong.
Dillon loved sitting in the water, waiting for a wave. I love this picture. I looks like Dillon is thinking "BRING IT ON"!!!
And it did.

He liked the feel of the sand moving under him.

Kate and Lexie covered their brother in sand.
And Lexie covered herself in sand too. She sat their and played for such a long time by herself. She had so much fun. I loved watching her.
Kaitlyn loved running from the waves, but one did get her.

Dillon's Baseball Game

~The Pirates~
Dillon really enjoys baseball. Every week, he gets better and better. He has worked really hard at his hitting this year. He has a very stricted coach that puts a lot of time into teaching the boys. They have practice 3 days a week. His team is 8-0 so far, with 3 games left to go. This game was to be the hardest team to play against this year and they won 23-8. This was the only team that they lost to last year and the coach really wanted to win them this year and they sure did.
He gets really excited before a game.
Isn't he the cutest boy! I am so thankful for him. His smile makes my day.
This hit made a boy come home and Dillon made it to 1st base.
